Established in 2019 in the City of York by Jack Merrett, JME Consultants was created with a Customer First philosophy in mind. Jack wanted to offer a fresh approach to customer relationships by providing an approachable and friendly consultancy dedicated to delivering high quality innovative solutions at affordable prices. He also wanted to create an environment where staff at all levels would be treated with compassion and understanding, in work conditions where their mental wellbeing and therefore mental health is always considered.

Having worked for a range of small, medium, and large sized consultancy firms on a wide variety of projects, he felt that the time was right to set up his own consultancy in 2019 and to organically grow the new business through his Customer First philosophy.

Over the years, JME Consultants have successfully delivered hundreds of projects both in Yorkshire and around the entire UK to a consistently high standard. Between July 2019 and December 2023, JME Consultants completed a total of 428 projects, 98.1% of which completed either on time or ahead of schedule. With approximately 75% of our projects coming from either repeat business or from previous clients recommending our services to others, we must be doing something right!
